Eucharistic Miracles Exhibition
23 April – 13 June
Carlo Acutis devoted himself to researching and cataloguing Eucharistic miracles from around the world. The Exhibition comprises 40 panels presenting this work and will travel parish by parish through our diocese, beginning in New Plymouth on 23 April and following the schedule attached.
The Exhibition will arrive in Palmerston North on 28 May, in the lead‑up to the Relic Mission.

Who was, who is, St Carlo Acutis?
He is a very powerful and compelling voice in the Church at this time. St. Carlo Acutis (1991–2006) was an Italian Catholic teenager, known as “God’s Influencer” and the first millennial saint, canonised in September 2025. A skilled computer programmer, he used the internet to document Eucharistic miracles. He died of leukaemia at the age of fifteen and is widely regarded as a modern model of holiness. He is coming in a particular way to New Zealand – and to Palmerston North – I offer my full support for this event.
I would like to thank Fr Marcus and his team for the care, generosity, and prayerful commitment they have shown in preparing for this tour. Their work is a true service to the life of our Church, and I am grateful for all that has been undertaken.
This tour, and the spiritual fruits it seeks to nurture, echo the simple and powerful witness of St Carlo Acutis, who reminded us that “The Eucharist is my highway to Heaven.” May this Exhibition draw many—especially our young people—to rediscover the joy of faith and the living presence of Christ in the Eucharist.
To our young people in particular, I encourage you to be courageous in your faith, to use your gifts generously, and to remember—as St Carlo did—that holiness is possible for you, here and now.
